Alternative Gardening

I have wanted to try and grow something in a hydroponic garden for a long time. I decided to give it a go this year and it has worked reasonably well. I was able to grow some lettuce and basil. Basically you grow the plants in water instead of soil. It is pretty cool to see the roots. The kids got a kick out of it as well.


Trisch is just trying to save as many beans as possible as it is suppose to freeze tonight!
