Beach Camping

This past week we went out to the beach for a family camping trip. We all had a great time camping, riding bikes, collecting shells, playing in the sand, visiting with extended family and of course flying kites. I was a bit nervous taking my camera to the beach so I did not capture the usual amount of photos. Here are a few and thanks to Krissy I have some photos of the kite and kiddos on the beach.Josh and Brooke had fun playing in the "cave trail" right next to our campsite. It was a trail that went into the bushes and had lots of trees to climb on.
Samantha loves riding in the bike trailer. We were able to bike quite a bit and could explore several miles around our campsite on paved bike trails. It was a great way to get Samantha to take her nap as well.

Josh was always busy on the beach building something in the sand. He wishes the beach was his own personal sandbox.
Brooke and Kate were always on the move collecting sea shells.
The wind was really good!

Dad had to give it a go and he did really well.
