Free Fishing Day!
Once a year on free fishing day kids 10 and under can throw their line in at the fish hatchery pond. Those of you who have visited the hatchery know there are some real "lunkers" swimming around. We braved the crowds and found a spot for Josh to give it a go. He had dug up some worms the night before that worked really well. After a bit of effort Josh landed a really nice 2 pound rainbow trout. The biggest fish we saw pulled out was 11 1/2 pounds!
